Terms of service

These terms govern the services provided by OnlineGrowthMarketing, a trading brand of London Business Ventures Ltd (United Kingdom). By subscribing you agree to them.

What we deliver

A fixed number of videos each month according to your plan — 12, 20 or 30 — produced from the avatar and voice model built from your recording, captioned, branded and published to the channels you nominate. Two revision rounds per video are included. First videos are live within 14 days of your recording session.

What we do not do

• Paid advertising management, or ad spend.
• Replying to comments or messages as you.
• On-site filming or live event coverage.
• Unlimited revisions.
• Any claim, statistic, or medical, legal or financial assertion we have not been given by you in writing.
• Guaranteed follower, reach or revenue outcomes. Nobody can honestly promise those.

Approval

Nothing is published in your name that you have not approved in writing. Scripts are sent for sign-off before production. If you do not approve a script, it is not produced.

Your responsibilities

You provide the recording, brand assets, channel access, and written confirmation of any factual claim you want used. You confirm you have the right to grant us use of your likeness and voice, and you agree a disclosure stance for AI-assisted content with us.

Term, payment and cancellation

Plans are monthly. Where the clone build fee is waived, a three-month minimum applies; after that you may cancel at any time and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Annual plans are charged for ten months and run for twelve. Billing is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

Ownership

You own the finished videos and may use them however you wish. You own your likeness and voice. The avatar and voice models are retired within 30 days of cancellation.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
