OnlineGrowthMarketing is a trading brand of London Business Ventures Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, and UK GDPR applies. Contact us at hello@onlinegrowthmarketing.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you ask us for the recording guide or a cost breakdown. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to your request.
- Your recording — the video and audio from your one-hour session, if you become a customer.
- Derived models — the avatar and voice model built from that recording.
- Business information you give us for content planning, and written sign-off on any factual claim used in a script.
- Billing data, handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details.
Your likeness and voice
We do not build an avatar or voice model without your signed consent on file, recorded as part of your session. We do not license, sell or reuse your likeness for any other customer, and we do not use your recording to train any general-purpose model.
If you cancel, the models are retired within 30 days of your last billing date and we confirm the deletion in writing. Your consent clip is retained alongside your contract for as long as we are legally required to evidence that consent.
Who we share it with
Processors only, and only what each needs: HeyGen (avatar and voice generation), Postiz and the social platforms you nominate (publishing), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and storage), and Dodo Payments (billing). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe, then suppressed.
- Recordings and models: for the life of your subscription, plus 30 days.
- Consent records and contracts: as required for legal and tax purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@onlinegrowthmarketing.comand we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
