Marketing for accountants

The client you win in January decided in November.

Your face, your voice, in a new video every week. You record with us once and never film again.

Why is changing accountants so rare, and so hard to win?

Because handing over your books is a trust decision and not a price decision. A business owner who is unhappy with their accountant will sit with that feeling for a year before doing anything, and when they finally move, they move to somebody who already feels safe.

Being cheaper does not break that inertia. The fear is not the fee, it is that something gets missed and they find out from a letter.

Somebody who has watched you explain what a change in the rules means for a business like theirs has already seen you do the job. That is what makes the call happen in November and not never.

How does it work when the year has two busy seasons?

You record with us once, for about an hour. We build a model of your face and voice from that session, and every video after it is produced from the recording. You approve the scripts each month, which takes about five minutes, and the schedule keeps running through your busiest weeks.

  1. 01

    One recording session

About an hour, on a video call. You read a short consent statement and a set of neutral lines. That is the only time you are on camera.

  2. 02

    You approve the month's scripts

We write them, sourced and referenced. You read them and say yes or change them. Roughly five minutes. Nothing is produced before you have signed off.

  3. 03

    We produce and publish

Your face and your voice, answering what business owners ask before they move their books, posted to your channels on a schedule.

What does it cost?

Three plans, published, from $200 to $1200 a month. You can read the full breakdown and subscribe without talking to anyone.

02Questions partners ask

Can you give tax advice in the videos?

No. We are not the source of any statement about tax, law or what somebody should do. Every script comes to you for written sign-off, and anything technical in it is yours. General guidance published under your name is your professional judgement, which is why the approval step is not optional here.

What would the videos be about?

The questions you answer on introductory calls all year. Whether they should incorporate, what they can claim, what a deadline means in practice, what happens if they have got something wrong in a previous year.

What does this cost?

$200, $600 or $1,200 a month depending on how many videos and channels you want. The prices are published on the pricing page.

Is this AI, and will clients be able to tell?

Yes, the videos are produced with an AI model built from a real recording of you, with your signed consent. Whether you disclose that is your call and we agree it up front. Nothing is ever claimed in your name that you did not approve in writing.

What happens to the model of me if I leave?

It is retired within 30 days and the consent recording is archived with the contract.
